SAVEM has been advised by the Chief Veterinary Officer at PIRSA that SAVEM’s Activation for the Deep Creek fire is approved by the PIRSA State Controller. More information will be available tomorrow, and after the SAVEM Planning and Operations meeting. Access to fireground may not be for some days due to the dangerous nature of this uncontrolled Level 3 fire, in excessively steep and challenging terrain.
