The SAVEM Training Team is aiming to resume face-to-face training in September and October, COVID-19 restrictions permitting. Two Level 1 sessions are being planned, on 20 September and 18 October, 2020, with a pre-season Operational Update scheduled at this stage for 1 November. Numbers will be limited to observe social distancing guidelines. The venue will be the Cherry Gardens Hall, which is large enough to allow effective social distancing.
By the end of June or early in July the new online Training Notes will be uploaded. It is mandatory to complete these modules before attending a Level 1 training day. If you have previously completed the online notes and quiz, but not attended a Level 1 workshop, you will need to complete the new modules as well before being accepted for Level 1 – think of this as timely revision.
